The word "Fikra" (فكرة) in Arabic means "idea" or "thought." FIKRA operates from a hybrid perspective part corporate strategist, part creative insider. With over a decade of hands-on experience across business development and the creative industries, we understand both how to build brands and how to make them matter.
Our background spans international event planning, talent management, brand overhauls, website design, merchandise, and content production. We’ve booked the talent, designed the campaigns, run the shows, and delivered the work start to finish. For us this is lived experience.

A creative force with deep roots in the local community. Over the years, he has led a wide range of projects, including large-scale events, venue and hotel operations in both corporate and artistic settings, talent management, and brand campaigns. His expertise also spans graphic & web design, brand development, and the curation of live music and cultural programming.
As a DJ, curator, and host, Luca has booked and worked with a wide array of local and international artists, building strong relationships across music, art, and performance communities. He has hosted events at home and abroad, flying overseas to collaborate with global acts and bring cultural programming to international audiences. His work reflects a deep understanding of both the logistics and the artistry behind producing memorable experiences.
With a strong and diverse network of artists, designers, performers, and makers, Luca brings a unique combination of vision, strategy, and hands-on experience. Grounded in years of lived involvement in the creative community, his work connects culture, craft, and storytelling to produce ideas and experiences that resonate with real people.

Tom is a dedicated professional with a unique blend of corporate and community experience, driven by a genuine passion for people and problem-solving. With a background as a Business Development Manager and Operations Manager at a corporate level, he has honed his ability to listen deeply, identify challenges, and create practical solutions that deliver results for all parties involved. His strengths lie in being an attentive listener, a clear communicator, and a natural problem solver who thrives on finding balanced outcomes.
Beyond the corporate world, Tom has had the privilege of working closely with troubled youth from broken families and the justice system. This experience strengthened his empathy, resilience, and ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Whether in business or in the community, he brings a steady focus on collaboration, fairness, and building solutions that truly work.
